Halloween is coming!!!

Anyone that knows me knows my favorite holiday to decorate for is Halloween.  So here it is, Oct. 1st- and guess what we r doing?  Thats RIGHT!  Eating.  AND decorating.  My cute friends are hosting a "Kids Craft Day" every week this month- this is what we made and it was so fun/easy that we came home and made a bunch more for the whole house!
First, cut out 1 inch stripes of paper.  Sizes:  (1)-6 inch piece, (2)-7 inch, (2)- 9 inch, and (2)- 11 inch pieces.
Put the bottoms all together in this order: middle= the 6 inch piece, on both sides of that go the 7 inch pieces, then the 9 then the 11 inch pieces- all with one on one side and the other on the other side.  Staple the bottom of all of them together.

Then you just put the tops together to the 6-inch piece top... like this!  (It's a bit tricky for the kids to do this part and not miss any) and staple the top!

cut out a folded green piece of paper and fold it over the top- add a curly-q paper (thin strip wound around a pencil to curl it) and a string, and staple again- You're done!

This is the other cute craft Abigail made at
Craft Day.  Love it.
And THIS one's just for fun- it's what I came down to this morning.  btw all was quiet.
That's right.  Taylor busted out the cheese and even opened the ham and put it all out in the living room.  What's funny is that my first thought was, "I'm just glad the cheese wasn't dumped out".
